TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All sales are final and refer to the part* sold. Excludes any peripherals.
• Any returns will need to be pre-approved, unaltered in any way and subject to a 30% restocking fee.
• The customer is responsible for returning the part. 
• No returns after 30 days.
• Returnded purchases made with a credit Credit Card will be subject to a 7% processing fee 
• The Purchaser agrees that notwithstanding the SALES OF GOODS ACT. R.S.O 1970c 421, in the event the goods/parts here-by purchased prove to be defective in any respect, Japan Auto Parts (2020) Inc. shall only be responsible if applicable (Example: Not due to faulty install) to refund or credit the purchase price of such defective goods, and for no other cost or expense whatsoever incurred by the purchaser.

• Shipping is set up on behalf of the customer, and Japan Auto Parts 2020 is NOT responsible for delays, damaged parts, or lost parts.
• Delivery does Not include Threshold or Residential Services. 
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return will be the responsibility of the purchaser. 
• Any additional services requested by the receiver will be charged accordingly.

• All sales have a conditional 90 days and/or 5,000Km limited warranty from purchase sale date unless otherwise noted
• There is no Warranty coverage for Commercial Use vehicles (Example: Delivery, Uber/Taxi etc), Electrical Parts or Panels.
• ALL Products must be installed by a Certified Technician and customer is responsible for maintenance (Record required).
• Licensed installer must follow installation checklist and all fluids MUST MEET OEM Specifications or warranty will be void.
• Warranty is limited to replacement (subject to availability of like part), repair or refund at the option of Japan Auto Parts (2020) Inc. and is limited to a one-time replacement.
• Performance enhancement parts installed prior to or after the installation of the product purchased from the seller voids any warranty or guarantee. 
• Aggressive driving will VOID the Warranty
• Maintenance: Engines MUST have maintenance records for all Oil change Intervals.  Oil interval for used and remanufactured Engine is 5,000 KMs and must use OEM Oil and Filter.  Missed or extended intervals will VOID all Warranties
• Part Warranty will NOT cover labor costs, towing, substitute or rental vehicle
• Japan Auto Parts is NOT responsible for any damages or loss of revenue
• Leaks are NOT covered by any warranty or guarantee.
• Warranty is VOID if part has been disassembled or incorrectly installed.
• Extended Warranty is non-refundable and non-transferable. 
• Labour Warranty is 50$/Hr. (CDN) and is paid at book time (ProDemand).
• Extended warranty Labour coverage is limited to a one-time use (Based on book time but will not exceed part cost.  Maximum Payout will not exceed 1000.00$
• Plan/Schedule Post Installation Inspection for any major work performed (<1000Km)
• Body Parts, Suspension or any wear and tear parts are NOT covered by any warranty or Guarantee.
• Failure to meeting the TERMS OF WARRANTY will VOID all warranties.
• *Parts do not include peripherals such as but not limited to Start-Stop Components, Harnesses, Throttle bodies, Manifolds, Valve Covers, Sensors, Safety Neutral Switch, Water pump, Thermostats, Flywheel, Oil pan, Covers, Injection System etc.

                     Example: Engine implies Crankshaft, block, heads and valve train.

• BELT FAILURES CAUSING ENGINE DAMAGES WILL VOID ALL WARRANTIES .
