INSTALLATION CHECKLIST

Before Installing any part, Identify & Repair the reason for the original failure

• Certified Technician to perform the Installation.
• Compare parts side by side for fitment.
• Visually inspect for any defects.
• Move required peripherals to part provided (Example: Manifolds, Alternator, Starter, AC Compressor…).
• Inspect and or replace the Accessory Belt.
• Inspect and replace Seals (Leaks are NOT covered by any Warranty)
• Inspect and replace Valve Covers/Seals.
• CLEAN Oil Sump Screen and ; Pick up Tube.
• Inspect and Replace the Timing Belt.
• Replace Thermostat.
• Replace Water Pump and Gasket.
• Replace Plugs and  Wires.
• Replace Filters (Oil/Fuel/Air).
• Flush and Refill Cooling System.
• Clear All Codes.
• FILL OIL to recommended level AND PRIME ENGINE BEFORE STARTING.
• Schedule a post-install inspection (1000Km) to ensure function and fluid levels.

• Flush Transmission Cooler Lines.
• Replace Front Seals.
• Replace Seal and/or Axle Seals.
• Replace Transmission filter/screen and; Gasket/Seal (Leaks are NOT covered by any Warranty).
• Clear All Codes.
• FILL with proper fluids to recommended levels (Test and Recheck levels)
• Align Converter.
• PROGRAMME or RESET TCM/PCM.
• Schedule a Post Install Inspection (1000Km) to ensure function and fluid levels.
• Failure to not follow the checklist will VOID the Warranty.

IMPORTANT:

All automatic transmissions require all coolers to be hot flushed or replaced.

Receipts will be needed for any warranty claim.

 All relearn procedures must be followed if the transmission requires them in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

All automatic transmissions require a new transmission filter.

• Parts do not include peripherals such as but not limited to Start-Stop Components, Harnesses, Throttle bodies, Manifolds, Valve Covers, Sensors, Safety Neutral Switch, Water pump, Thermostats, Flywheel, Oil pan, Injection System etc. These maybe attached for convenience only and are NOT covered in the warranty.

Failure to adhere to the checklist may result in the warranty being voided.  

 CORE RETURNS: 

All cores need to be returned within 14 days where applicable.
ALL CORES ARE SUBJECT TO A $250.00 CHARGEBACK IF NOT BEING DRAINED. WE MUST DO OUR PART TO PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT AND COMPLY WITH THE BEST STANDARDS BY LAW.
ALL REMANUFACTURED PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING, INCLUDING THE PLASTIC AROUND THE PRODUCT AND TOTE, FOR A FULL REFUND.!
